Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies aimed at generating quality leads and enhancing brand visibility in international markets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital advertising, SEO, lead generation, branding, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across various online platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Manage and run marketing campaigns targeting international markets, including Asia, Europe, the USA, and Australia.
  • Generate high-quality leads for travel packages and ensure maximum conversion opportunities.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms.
  • Oversee website content, landing pages, and SEO initiatives to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Create engaging and compelling content, including social media posts, videos, blogs, and advertisement copies.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging digital marketing practices to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Marketing.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, branding, and promotional campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
