Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for students and visitors. As a key member of the consultancy team, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, managing front office operations, and supporting counseling staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate staff
Maintain visitor logs, manage student appointments, and follow up with leads
Provide basic information about available study destinations (UK, Australia, etc.) and services
Assist in maintaining student records and updating databases/CRMs
Handle front desk administrative duties such as email correspondence, document filing, and coordination
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Support counselors and other staff during education fairs, seminars, and events.
Job Specification
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (experience in an education consultancy is preferred)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
Customer Service: Friendly, polite, and professional attitude with a strong sense of customer service
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office.
Personality: Well-groomed, punctual, organized, and presentable
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
Teamwork: Able to coordinate effectively with counselors and other staff
Availability: Willing to work full-time during office hours.
