Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Present and promote company services to potential clients
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
  • Generate leads and convert them into business deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
  • Support in achieving monthly and yearly business targets

 

 

Job Specification

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Good understanding of digital services (web, marketing, media, etc.) is an advantage
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
