Job Description
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate logistics activities efficiently with various teams, clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, including tracking and tracing and ensure compliance with relevant documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential issues in the logistics process and collaborate with team members to find and implement effective solutions.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns and keep clients informed about the status of their shipments and resolve issues.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize our advanced online portal and other technological tools to track and manage freight journeys efficiently and stay updated on industry-specific technologies and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
