Job Description
Arrive at the office by 9:30 AM and ensure the workspace is ready for the day.
Perform banking-related tasks such as cash or cheque deposits, withdrawals, and other bank errands as assigned.
Assist with data entry and simple clerical tasks as directed by the admin or accounts team.
Deliver and collect documents or parcels within and outside the office.
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
Support office staff in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative activities.
Handle any other errands or duties assigned by management.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
Minimum education: SLC/SEE passed or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of banking procedures and data entry preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Punctual and disciplined, must report to work by 9:30 AM.
Ability to handle banking errands responsibly.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, or simple data entry).
Honest, trustworthy, and reliable in handling confidential matters.
Good communication skills in Nepali (English is a plus).
Must be active, polite, and hardworking.
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role (office assistant/office boy) is an advantage but freshers can apply if responsible and willing to learn.
