Job Description
- Develop and manage daily live video lessons with interactive content.
- Develop daily PPT for live classes.
- Research and develop real-life examination simulation model sets for students to practice real examinations through our application
- Conduct daily live classes based on students' preferred times.
- Prepare PPT for daily live classes.
- Research opportunities in the Chinese language in Nepal and establish ties with related institutions or agencies.
- Research and develop real-life examination simulation model sets.
- Monitor and manage content creation and delivery timelines.
- Oversee live session schedules and participant progress.
- Coordinate with developers for bug fixes and feature optimization of interactive tools.
- Design a full course work plan, focusing on progressive learning for students (including course title, course duration, course level—i.e., target audience and examination focus).
- Ensure seamless integration of live sessions into the curriculum.
- Plan and execute assessments to track progress and adjust content as necessary.
- Prepare monthly overall reports (e.g., engagement, interaction, live classes).
Job Specification
- Minimum HSK Level 5, preferably TCSOL (Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages)
- Full-time Teacher.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
