Job Description

We are looking for a customer service representative and coordination, or in a similar support function. A typical description includes helping customers, answering enquiries, handling complaints, supporting daily operations, and maintaining good communication with staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

CSD and Sales Responsibilities for Freight Forwarding -

Handle customer enquiries related to air, sea, and land freight shipments.
Prepare quotations, follow up on rates, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Maintain communication with clients, agents, carriers, and internal operations teams.
Assist customers with booking confirmations, shipment updates, and documentation.
Generate and update sales leads, inquiries, and customer records.
Coordinate shipment schedules and ensure smooth movement of cargo.
Follow up on pending shipments, payments, and customer requirements.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues in a professional manner.
Support business development by maintaining good customer relationships.
Prepare daily or weekly sales and customer service reports.
