Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our sales and purchase records. This role requires familiarity with accounting practices and processes. Experience with SWASTIK software is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate

Maintain accurate records of sales and purchase transactions

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Generate financial reports and summaries

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls

Use SWASTIK software to record and monitor daily transactions (training will be provided)

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed
Job Specification

Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience

Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is a must

Strong understanding of sales and purchase accounting

Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and reconciliation processes

Good communication and organizational skills

Prior experience with SWASTIK software is a plus (training will be provided)
