Job Description
As an IELTS/PTE Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality test preparation and conducting critical interview readiness sessions for students planning to study in the UK, USA, and other countries. Your guidance will play a key role in shaping students’ academic futures abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and result-driven IELTS/PTE classes, aligned with international test standards
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practice tests, and mock exams
- Monitor student performance and offer tailored feedback and improvement strategies
- Conduct UK Pre-CAS interviews and USA visa interview preparation sessions (if required)
- Train students on academic communication, confidence-building, and real interview scenarios
- Stay current with updates in testing standards, visa interview procedures, and study-abroad regulations
Job Specification
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in IELTS or PTE
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Solid understanding of IELTS/PTE exam formats and assessment criteria
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to mentor students for UK Pre-CAS and USA visa interviews
Preferred Qualifications:
- TESOL, CELTA, or related certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working in a test prep center or study abroad consultancy
- Familiarity with SOP, interview, and visa guidance processes
