Job Description
Handle inquiries from enterprise customers and provide appropriate product offerings.
Establish customer mapping and devise strategies for visiting and successfully closing sales.
Formulate and implement activities related to enterprise sales.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports to supervisor.
Plan sales activities and meet assigned sales targets.
Establish and sustain a professional relationship with customers.
Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure the timely completion of projects.
Create technical solution proposals and generate quotations for offered products and services.
Engage in cross-functional roles within the sales department.
Ensure a robust payment cycle for customers and promptly clear receivables.
Other Specification
Bachelor’s degree in management/IT or related filed with minimum 2-year experience or master’s degree with 1 year experience.
IT knowledge preferred.
Having 2-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and excel.
Be courteous, punctual, and adhere to company policies.
