Job Description
Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Ltd., a multinational and ISO-certified organization, and one of the leading life insurance companies in Nepal is seeking dynamic, result-oriented and ambitious Nepali citizens for the post of Branch Head.
Eligibility Criteria:
No. of Vacancy : 10 (Ten) approx.
Cadre : Senior Associate (Highly deserving candidates may be considered for appointment in the Assistant Manager (Junior Officer) cadre)
Educational Qualification : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field. Master’s degree desirable
Experience : Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing in any Life/General
Insurance Company or other Financial Institutions like Banks, Finance Companies etc.
Age Limit : 30 to 35 years as of the date of application (the age limit may be relaxed in the case of highly deserving candidates)
Salary & Benefits : As per Company’s Rule
Posting of the selected candidates will be anywhere across the country of Nepal.
Job Responsibilities:
Building and executing plan for achievement of sales targets.
Enrolment of capable and excellent agents, train and motivate them periodically.
Leading, developing and mobilizing entire sales team towards the achievement of sales target of the branch.
Focusing on enchasing customer satisfaction by eliminating procedural hassles.
Any other matter as delegated by the company
