Position: Quality Assurance Associate
Job Description
Conduct field audits of FTTH installations and service tickets (NST/OST/IST), and network maintenance activities to ensure service quality.
Verify fiber routing, cable fixing, ONT installation, and router configuration as per ISP standards.
Cross-check material utilization (fiber cables, drop wires, routers, ONTs) with system records and service tickets.
Perform random inspections to ensure proper splicing, termination, and signal quality testing (power levels, basic OTDR checks).
Monitor and evaluate vendor/field team performance based on SLA, installation quality, and resolution timelines.
Identify issues such as high loss, poor cable management, duplicate connections, and improper installations, and report them.
Ensure compliance with network standards, safety practices, and documentation procedures.
Prepare and submit weekly audit and compliance reports, highlighting operational gaps and risks
Travel across assigned regions for site surveys, audits, and quality checks of ISP network infrastructure.
Job Specification
Minimum +2 pass in Science, Management, or Technical Background.
Preference will be given to candidates with basic knowledge of networking.
1–2 years of experience in ISP.
Basic understanding of fiber network systems (FTTH) and ISP operations.
Knowledge of site survey and fiber routing planning.
Basic understanding of fiber networks, routers, and drop-wire installation.
Basic knowledge of fiber splicing, termination, and testing.
Familiarity with routers, customer installations, and service tickets.
Knowledge of material verification and usage tracking.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, reporting).
Ability to prepare audit reports and maintain documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for field audits.
Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible in handling audit tasks.
