About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Key Accounts Lead to drive how Springbase.ai is sold, adopted, and expanded across high-value customers — from pipeline generation to long-term account growth.

This is a high-ownership, revenue-impact role for someone who can combine strong sales execution with relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales strategy, pipeline generation (inbound & outbound)

  • Lead discovery, demos & consultative selling

  • Manage proposals, negotiations & deal closures

  • Drive onboarding and early customer success

  • Manage key accounts, retention & renewals

  • Identify and drive account expansion opportunities

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships

  • Capture customer feedback & collaborate internally

  • Use AI tools to improve sales efficiency

  • Track performance, forecasting & pipeline health

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS sales / key account management (preferably AI/SaaS)

  • Proven experience across full sales cycle (pipeline → close → expansion)

  • Strong communication, negotiation & consultative selling skills

  • Experience managing high-value clients and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales workflows

  • Ability to translate product value into clear business outcomes

Work Setup
