About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Key Accounts Lead to drive how Springbase.ai is sold, adopted, and expanded across high-value customers — from pipeline generation to long-term account growth.
This is a high-ownership, revenue-impact role for someone who can combine strong sales execution with relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Own sales strategy, pipeline generation (inbound & outbound)
Lead discovery, demos & consultative selling
Manage proposals, negotiations & deal closures
Drive onboarding and early customer success
Manage key accounts, retention & renewals
Identify and drive account expansion opportunities
Build strong stakeholder relationships
Capture customer feedback & collaborate internally
Use AI tools to improve sales efficiency
Track performance, forecasting & pipeline health
Requirements
5–8+ years in B2B SaaS sales / key account management (preferably AI/SaaS)
Proven experience across full sales cycle (pipeline → close → expansion)
Strong communication, negotiation & consultative selling skills
Experience managing high-value clients and stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales workflows
Ability to translate product value into clear business outcomes
