Job Description
Position: Retail Associate
Minimum Qualification:
Current student (any discipline) with a positive attitude
Knowledge of accounting, strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic math skills, attention to detail, and a reliable, honest team-player mindset
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle daily store operations: Sales, cash handling, and inventory
Assist customers and provide a welcoming experience
Keep the store clean, organized and well-stocked
Help with receiving, pricing and displaying new merchandise
Support basic record-keeping and sales reporting
