Position: Regional Sales Manager
No. of Vacancy: Few
Job Location: East
Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Masters will be additional advantage
Experience Required: 5 years in related field
Salary: Negotiable
Job Description:
Manage and lead area & Regional sales team
Responsible for achieving the target of planned sales by channel and customer
Prepare strategic planning, monitor, performance of the team and take corrective actions
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Willingness to travel extensively as per production distribution network
Conversant with Office Package applications and somehow knowledge of Sales Apps. etc.
Prepare annual sales forecasts, projections, and strategic action plans
Appoint distributors to expand the market coverage and penetration
Analyze competitor activities and make plan accordingly
Preference given to candidates who have 5 or more years of experience in same designation
Should have own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
Willingness to relocate where and when is necessary
Strong communication/reporting skills with both verbal & written in Nepali & English
