Position: Operations Manager
Location: Pokhara Region
Sales Berry Department Store is one of Nepal’s largest supermarket chains, with 35+ stores and 600+ employees nationwide, Originating in Pokhara as Saleways, we now operate 10 stores in the Pokhara Region and are looking for a strong Operations Manager to lead regional performance end to end
This role wens sales execution cost control, store discipline, people leadership and customer experience, with full support from central teams (HR), Finance, Supply Chain IT, Marketing)
Success in the role will be measured by:
Same-store sales growth & regional profitability
Inventory, accuracy, shrinkage control & stock availability
Store hygiene, VM, and customer experience scores
Cluster and Store Managers capability, retention & discipline
SOP compliance and reporting consistency
