Job Description
Position: Marketing / Business Development
Qualification: Bachelors of Master in Marketing/Business
Reporting To: Head – Sales & Marketing
Location: Kathmandu (PAN-Nepal travel required)
Job Purpose
To plan, execute, and monitor BTL activities and Medical Engagement Programs across Nepal, in close coordination with Sales Teams and Branch Managers, with the objective of strengthening brand visibility, doctor engagement, and business generation for National Path Labs (NPL).
Job Responsibilities
Non-Medical BTL Activities
Plan and execute health camps in residential societies, corporates, institutions, and communities
Coordinate with Sales Managers and Branch Managers for location, logistics, and execution
Ensure end-to-end on-ground execution including branding, manpower, and vendor coordination with involvement of Sales/Branch Managers
Track participation, samples, leads, and outcomes; submit post-event reports
Medical Engagement & CME Programs
Support planning and execution of CME programs with sales teams and branch managers
Coordinate doctor invitations, venues, speakers, and event logistics with involvement of Sales/Branch Managers
Ensure smooth execution and follow-up with sales teams for results post-CME
Maintain records of doctor participation and engagement
Leave-Behind Literature (LBL) & Sales Support
Coordinate centralized planning and distribution of LBL across Nepal
Ensure timely availability of test menus, brochures, and promotional materials
Support sales teams with event-specific and doctor-specific collaterals
Coordination & Reporting
Act as a coordination link between central marketing, sales teams, and branches
Maintain monthly activity calendars for camps and CMEs
Track effectiveness and share insights with management
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong execution and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Willingness to travel
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Post-graduate in Marketing, Management, Life Sciences, or related field
2–5 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or hospital marketing preferred

Number of BTL activities and CMEs executed
Quality of execution and engagement outcomes
Post-event follow-ups and business contribution
LBL availability and utilization across branches
