Job Description
Position: Trainee Officer -SCM
No. of Vacancy: 2
Department: Supply Chain Management (CSM)
Location: Flexibility required within Kathmandu Valley during 1-year training period (ready to be placed anywhere in Nepal after 1 year as per company’s requirement)
Work Schedule: Candidates must be flexible to work in the below rotating shifts during 1-year training period, including:
9: PM- 5:00 AM
3:00 AM -11:00 AM
4:00 AM-12:00 PM
10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Must possess a valid two -wheeler driving license and two-wheeler vehicle

Academic Qualification: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business management, or a related filed
Experience: 6 months-1 year of relevant experience preferred: freshers seeking long-term growth in retail supply chain are encouraged to apply
Skills & Competencies:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (minimum beginner level; intermediate preferred)
Should have a strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail
Must demonstrate high level of self-motivation, with the ability to work extended hours during intensive training phases (up to 10 hours/day depending on the stage)
Should have a strong leadership quality with a ‘’lead -b-doing’’ approach, of guiding and motivating young, dynamic team
Should have excellent communication and reporting skills
Should have strong task follow-up and time management skills, with a clear commitment to completing daily operational duties on time
Should be willing to travel extensively to stores and warehouses as required
Prior exposure to operations, analytics, or retail/supply chain environments is an added advantage
Mandatory Requirements: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license with own vehicle
Job Description:
Oversee daily operation of assigned site, reporting directly to the SCM Manager
Ensure effective execution of operational plans by coordinating with the SCM logistics team
Collaborate with SCM leadership in the planning, development, and achievement of departmental goals
Monitor SKU -level performance across all ware house sections and maintain high standards of operational accuracy and compliance
Prepare analytical, data-based reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement
Leads the warehouse team leaders in achieving sectional targets through data analysis and ensure their overall technical and behavioral development
