Position: Associate Admin Officer
Job Description
Prepare and provide strategic oversight for administration operations, including office layout standards and daily administrative functions across assigned regions.
Plan and coordinate for new location acquisition and lease renewal.
Review and verify utility expenses to ensure accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Evaluate regional infrastructure and resources, and recommend improvements for optimal utilization.
Monitor and audit vehicle operations, including route efficiency, fuel consumption, emergency handling, and driver performance.
Supervise regional procurement processes and maintain control over inventory levels.
Guide and mentor Regional Supervisors to strengthen leadership capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
Act as the key point of coordination between Regional Supervisors and the Corporate Office for urgent matters and priority documentation.
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and administrative compliance across regions.
Job Description
Must Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Running
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
Ability to build strong relationship with external parties.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel all over Nepal as per organizational requirements.
Must have two-wheelers and valid license.
