Job Description
Position: ECA Incharge
Location: Kathmandu
A reputed school in Kathmandu is seeking a dynamic, creative, and responsible ECA Incharge to plan, organize and manage all Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) for students. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing students’ holistic development through sports, arts, clubs, events and leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and implement ECA programs and activities
Organize school events, competitions, clubs and inter-school activities
Manage sports, cultural and creative programs
Supervise ECA teachers, coaches and instructors
Maintain activity schedules and student participation records
Ensure student safety during activities and events
Collaborate with academic staff for integrated learning experiences
Develop new and engaging student programs
Qualifications & Requirements
Master’s degree in Education, Sports Science, Management or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in ECA, student activities or school coordination
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple activities and events
Passion for student development and extracurricular learning
Knowledge of sports, arts and youth programs
