Position: F&A Manager
Location: Sanepal, Lalitpur
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant Certified
5-8 years experience in FP&A or financial controlling roles
Strong knowledge of Working Capital, Cash Flow & Cost Control
Experience in Margin Analysis & Business Partnering
FMCG background mandatory
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems
Key Responsibilities:
Lead FP&A, budgeting and forecasting processes
Manage working capital & cash flow planning
Drive cost control and margin improvement initiatives
Act as a finance business partner to support management decisions
Prepare monthly MIS & performance reports
Lead and develop the finance team
