The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing eSewa’s onboarding, merchant, promotional, and corporate events while ensuring strong brand visibility and policy compliance. The role manages end-to-end event operations, stakeholder coordination, on-ground execution, and post-event reporting to support business and merchant growth.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event management, coordination, or brand activation
Experience in fintech, corporate events, or merchant-focused programs will be an added advantage
Job Description
Act as the focal person for all eSewa event planning, execution, and closure
Plan, coordinate, and conduct onboarding, merchant engagement, promotional, and corporate events
Manage end-to-end event operations, including logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-ground execution
Ensure consistent brand visibility and representation of eSewa across all events
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless event delivery
Build and maintain healthy working relationships with existing and potential merchants through events
Support strategic event planning aimed at revenue generation and merchant acquisition
Handle on-ground challenges and conflict resolution during events professionally
Ensure all event activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and brand guidelines
Prepare post-event reports, documentation, and improvement recommendations
