Position : Branch Manager
Vacant Branches
Koshi Province : Khotang
Madhesh Province : Bara – Jeetpur, Nijgadh
Bagmati Province: Balaju, Bhaisepati, Chapagaun Dobato, Jaranhku, Lubhu, Rasuwa
Gandaki Province : Lekhnath
Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance, Banking and Finance sector
Age Limit: 21-40 Years

Sales and Marketing
Effective Communication
Leadership
Knowledge of Life Insurance Products
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train and mobilize insurance agents to meet business target
Ensure prompt and excellent service to agents and policyholders
Build and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents
Oversee all branch operations for smooth functioning of branch
Contribute to the overall success and brand reputation of the branch
Display highest standard of professionalism and maintain company standards with a positive attitude
