Position: Branch Manager (4W Division-Proton)
Location: Birtamod
Department: Sales Department
Job Purpose
To manage overall showroom operations ensuring sales performance, customer satisfaction, and brand experience.
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Conversion
Drive monthly retail sales and enquiry conversion.
Lead customer engagement, test drives, and feedback collection.
Showroom Operations
Maintain showroom discipline, display, and brand standards.
Coordinate finance, insurance, and aftersales processes.
Train and motivate sales team for performance improvement.
Reporting & Compliance
Track performance metrics and report to Regional Sales Manager.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor’s in Management / Business Administration
Experience: 4–6 years in showroom management (4W sector)
Technical Skills: Sales management, CRM, reporting, inventory control
Behavioral Competencies: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, customer-oriented
Working Conditions: Showroom-based with occasional field visits
