Job Description
Position: Service Advisor
Location: Hattiban
 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/Management or equivalent.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or workshop.
 Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and service procedures.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Qualifications | Skills
 Greet customers, understand their service requirements and accurately record complaints in job cards.
Provide professional advice on necessary maintenance or repairs and share cost and time estimates.
 Coordinate with workshop, technicians, and parts departments to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
 Keep customers informed about job progress, delays or additional repair needs.
 Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery and explain completed work and billing details.
 Maintain accurate service documentation and update customer and vehicle records regularly
