Position: Floor Supervisor (Emergency Dept.)

Requirement:
Qualification: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health (BPH) or a related healthcare discipline
Experience & Skills: Prior experience in a hospital or emergency service setting is preferred to ensure familiarity with fast paced clinical environments
Leadership and Coordination Skills: Strong ability to supervise staff, coordinate patient flow, and maintain discipline, safety, and communication on the emergency floor
