Position: Cash and Bank Executive
Number of Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in cash and bank reconciliation.
Contract of Employment: Full-time
Job Location: Jawalakhel , Lalitpur
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliation:
Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Prepare and analyze reconciliation reports.
Online Reconciliation:
Reconcile online payment gateways and other digital financial platforms with internal records.
Identify and rectify discrepancies in online transactions.
Implement controls to prevent errors and fraud.
Data Analysis:
Analyze bank and cash flow data to identify trends and potential issues.
Prepare financial reports and analysis as required.
Other Duties:
Assist with cash management activities as needed.
Adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Division Head.
