Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior architects in preparing conceptual designs, working drawings, and presentation materials
Draft architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
Participate in site visits, site measurements, and documentation of existing conditions
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integration
Assist in preparing 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for client presentations
Support in compiling municipal drawing sets and submission documentation
Conduct material and product research to support design decisions
Attend project meetings and assist with recording minutes and action items
Ensure design compliance with local codes and regulations (NBC, bylaws, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
0–2 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office; Revit and Lumion/Enscape is a plus
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
Willingness to travel for site inspections when required
Familiarity with Nepali building codes and approval processes preferred
