Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development of architectural projects from concept to execution

  • Prepare and review detailed working drawings, presentations, and specifications

  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for integrated project delivery

  • Supervise junior architects and CAD technicians, ensuring quality and timely outputs

  • Conduct site visits for inspection, progress review, and resolving design-related issues

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities as required

  • Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, municipal bylaws, and NBC standards

  • Prepare submission drawings, BOQs, and documentation for building approvals

  • Participate in design review meetings and prepare presentations for client approvals

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience

  • Strong command over AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; Lumion/Enscape preferred

  • Good understanding of construction detailing, materials, and local construction practices

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Sound knowledge of Nepali building codes and project approval processes

  • Experience in working with multidisciplinary design teams
