Position: Legal Officer (Recent Job)

Job Description

Master's Degree in Law with at least 50% or equivalent from a recognized University.  Preference will be given to the candidate having Master's  Degree in Commercial, Business or International Trade Law or similar field of study

Job Specification

• Must hold Advocate License issued by Nepal Bar Council.
• Must be a Nepali Citizen.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Good command over communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills.
• Ability to review and provide legal advice and guidance on matters of all legal implications.
• Demonstrate familiarity & up to date knowledge with applicable laws, Rules, Regulations, NRB Directives and strong ability to communicate effectively with the Senior Management
