Job Description
AB Apply is seeking a motivated and professional Client Support / Call Handling Officer to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with accurate information, and maintain effective communication throughout the service process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls to provide clear information, guidance, and support to clients.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Answer client inquiries in a professional, polite, and effective manner.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Accurately record, update, and maintain client information in the system.
- Coordinate with senior staff and relevant departments when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to professional conduct at all times.
Job Specification
- Education: +2 passed
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (call handling, customer support, or related role).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented mindset.
