Job Description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the baby brand’s product portfolio, including diapers, baby toys, skincare, and accessories. Ensure these strategies align with company goals and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and online platforms. Serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share for baby products in existing and new regions. Increase the brand’s presence across various channels, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
  • Monitor sales performance, track progress toward sales targets, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store and online promotional campaigns, product launches, an events. Drive brand visibility and increase consumer demand for baby products.
  • Lead negotiations with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements. Secure long-term contracts and business partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Mentor and support junior sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and resources to help them meet and exceed their sales goals.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Conduct training sessions for retail partners and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the baby brand’s product offerings. Educate clients about product benefits, features, and proper usage to drive sales.

 

Job Specification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the baby care or FMCG sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Results-oriented with a passion for growing sales and building customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a keen understanding of consumer needs in the baby care segment.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to implement effective solutions.
