Job Description
Akira Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and performance-driven Area Incharge to oversee sales operations, distributor management, and market development within the assigned territory. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills to ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth across Nepal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall sales operations within the assigned area
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Appoint, manage, and monitor distributors and dealers
- Lead and supervise Area Sales Officers and sales representatives
- Develop territory sales plans and execute market expansion strategies
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and market coverage
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and branding activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and territory management (FMCG/Trading/Marketing sector preferred)
- Prior experience in handling distributors and managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned areas in Nepal
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
