Yeti Paints Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and organized Store Assistant to support day-to-day store operations, inventory handling, documentation, and coordination related to the movement and management of materials and products.

The ideal candidate should have relevant store or inventory experience, good computer skills, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation and management of the store.
  • Receive incoming materials and products and verify quantities against relevant documents.
  • Maintain proper records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and balances.
  • Assist in arranging and storing products systematically for easy identification and movement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages, excesses, damaged items, or discrepancies.
  • Support stock counting and periodic physical inventory verification.
  • Prepare and maintain store-related documents, records, and reports.
  • Update inventory information using computer-based systems or spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments regarding material requirements, stock availability, and dispatches.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of products and materials.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety within the store.
  • Support loading, unloading, dispatch, and other store-related activities when required.
  • Report any stock discrepancies or operational issues to the concerned supervisor.
  • Perform other store and inventory-related duties assigned by management.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in store, inventory, warehouse, or related operations.
  • Good computer knowledge and ability to maintain digital records.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
