Job Description

Prepare and issue running bills for project sites of Swimming pool (MEP) accurately.
Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure all documentation is complete before billing.
Submit invoices on time and ensure they are acknowledged by clients, if need visit to client
Follow up with clients daily via phone, email, and visits to ensure timely payments.
Maintain strong professional relationships with client accountants and finance teams.
Track outstanding invoices, update payment records, and escalate delays when necessary.
Work closely with the internal finance team and Swimming pool team to ensure accurate record-keeping and reconciliation.
Provide management with reports on pending payments, collection status, and expected cash flow.
Co-ordinate and maintain bridge between Swimming pool, Accounts Department & Store Department.
Maintain Record of stock, payments, advance, collection, BOQ & client’s details.

Job Specification

Requirements:

Fresher’s or experience of 1 to 2 years’ experience.
BBA/BBS, Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or any related field completed or running
Plus point if experience in Accounting, Billing, Tally, SAP not compulsory.
License and Bike is compulsory.
