Job Description
This position will be responsible for managing all front office duties ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office. You will handle phone calls, greet clients and guests, and perform various administrative tasks to support the office’s overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
- Conduct online research to identify potential business leads and opportunities.
- Handle any other duties related to front office operations as needed.
