Job Description
To provide front-line customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, managing calls, and assisting with administrative and front-desk operations in a professional and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist all visitors, applicants, and clients with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly; take messages when necessary.
- Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments (Counseling, Documentation, Marketing, etc.).
- Maintain and update the visitor logbook and daily attendance records.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling applicant interviews and meetings.
- Support the Front Desk Officer in day-to-day reception and administrative tasks.
- Receive and distribute incoming mails, documents, and packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Provide applicants and visitors with company information, job demand details, or forms when required.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, printing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or +2 in Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front office, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, neat appearance, and polite behaviour.
- Good command of MS Office, email, and phone etiquette.
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Smart and good looking.
