Job Description

Assist the Director in managing daily activities, schedules, documentation, and coordination with various departments. Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks, maintain confidential records, and support meetings, reporting, and administrative activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Director with daily tasks and activities
  • Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Preparing reports, letters, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinating with different departments on behalf of the Director
  • Following up on instructions and assigned tasks
  • Maintaining records and confidential documents
  • Attending meetings and preparing minutes/action points
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring tasks assigned by the Director are completed
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative, executive assistant, personal assistant, or coordination role.
  • Experience working with senior management or executives will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good knowledge of email and calendar management.
  • Ability to prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
