Trainee Dealer(Females)

• Conduct table games as per the set company procedures
• Maintain table game integrity in order to deter cheating and scams from occurring on the table
• Orient players and answer questions regarding game rules & regulations and casino policies and procedures
• Check to ensure that all players have placed bets in a timely and appropriate manner
• Direct patrons to gaming cashiers for specific transactions including exchanging chips to cash, credit card transactions etc.
• Inform customers of promotions and reward programs
• Report to the Reporting Manager any complaints, disputes, queries, comments from guests

• Must have pleasing personality and the ability to handle all kinds of people. 
• Since our job falls under customer service, it is necessary to have a cheerful disposition, quick reflexes, and a positive attitude. 
• Proficiency in English and Hindi are must. Knowledge of a common foreign language like Chinese, German, French, or Spanish is an added advantage. 

Scope of work- Operate live table games in casinos. Deal games in accordance with the rules of the game, policies and procedures, ensures betting compliance and payments in accordance to game rules and limits.
