The Tour Director will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of tour programs. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences while managing tour operations efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage domestic and international tour operations.
- Develop and implement tour itineraries and travel programs.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, local guides, and other travel partners.
- Supervise Tour Officers, tour guides, and operational staff.
- Ensure tours are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements where needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Prepare operational reports and evaluate tour performance.
