Job Description
Surjan Manpower Supplier is seeking skilled and professional Bartenders to prepare, mix, and serve drinks to guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, follow standard recipes, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions and manage billing for drinks served.
- Assist in training junior bar staff and maintain team coordination.
- Manage guest complaints or requests professionally and efficiently.
Job Specification
- Prior experience as a Bartender, Head Waiter, or similar supervisory role preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and billing.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
