You will issue domestic and international tickets, manage bookings accurately, and support customers and travel partners with timely, error-free airline documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and confirm flight bookings using GDS/airline reservation systems as per customer itinerary requirements
  • Issue airline tickets, reissue tickets, and process refunds/voids in line with airline rules and agency procedures
  • Handle booking modifications (name changes where permitted, date/time changes, rerouting) and coordinate with airlines for approvals
  • Verify ticketing details including passenger name, ticket type, fare rules, baggage allowances, and travel restrictions before issuance
  • Process check-in support requests by sharing accurate flight information and assisting with documentation as required
  • Maintain booking and ticketing records, including PNR details, ticket numbers, and audit trails for each transaction
  • Resolve common ticketing issues (pricing discrepancies, incorrect fare basis, invalid documents) by escalating to supervisors/airlines when needed
Job Specification
  • Airline Ticketing — hands-on ability to issue tickets, perform reissue/void/refund transactions, and apply fare rules accurately
  • 1+ year of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency ticketing operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent practical experience in travel and ticketing operations)
  • Working knowledge of airline fare types, ticketing documents, and change/refund policies
  • Familiarity with GDS/booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and basic PNR management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word for maintaining logs, preparing itineraries, and verifying passenger data
  • Knowledge of common travel documentation requirements for ticketing (ID/passport details handling, correct name formatting)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BSP/IATA-style reporting or airline settlement processes
  • Prior exposure to handling international bookings and multi-city itineraries
  • Ability to manage high-volume ticketing during peak travel seasons with strong accuracy

What We Offer

  • Opportunities to learn and grow within airline ticketing and travel operations
  • Career progression through performance-based training and process support
  • A supportive work environment focused on service quality and accuracy
  • Availability of standard employee benefits as per company policy and Nepal labor regulations
