The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in networking, hardware setup, and troubleshooting, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, routers, and network devices.
- Set up and manage basic networking systems (LAN, routers, internet connectivity).
- Prepare, install, and maintain CAT6 cables and related network wiring.
- Support team members in system setup and provide user guidance when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of technical problems and solution.
