Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support the daily operations of our UK-based short-term rental business. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and prior experience managing documentation and operational tasks. Experience related to Airbnb, holiday rentals, or deep cleaning coordination will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks remotely.
  • Coordinate with cleaning teams to schedule and monitor deep cleaning services for Airbnb properties.
  • Maintain booking records, invoices, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, invoice preparation, and payment reconciliation.
  • Communicate professionally with UK-based clients, vendors, and service providers.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Support the management team with administrative and operational coordination.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Sound knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Experience in the hospitality, Airbnb, or property management industry will be preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and email communication.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
