Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering sales calls, emails and live chats
- Facilitate clients with their query regarding tour, visa, ticketing and other services offered by Rupse Holidays
- Producing and sending quotes and proposals to the prospects
- Prepare tour plans and itineraries
- Proper follow up with clients via mail, telephonic conversation and meetings
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Administrative duties as required
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Research to find the new travel destination and client needs.
- Making cold calls, email, linkedin message or reaching out to prospects
- Preparing sales proposal
- Able to work under pressure with positive attitude
Skills:
- Knowledge on MS Office Package and Email.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Nepali as well as English language
- Positive attitude and time management skill
- Ability to work as a team
- Negotiation and convincing skills
- Self-motivated and self-driven to work as well as complete the assigned tasks.
Job Specification
- At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, hospitality management, business management
- Freshers with learning enthusiasm, keen interest on travel field can apply (experience on the same field with be an additional point)
- Preference to those with strong communication with verbal and written English.
