Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing operations. This role involves regular field visits, dealer coordination, stock monitoring, and executing marketing activities to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned dealers daily and maintain strong relationships
  • Check stock levels at each outlet and ensure minimum stock availability
  • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and report accordingly
  • Collect daily sales data and update it in the system on the same day
  • Support dealers in generating orders based on sales performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery
  • Ensure proper product display and visibility at all outlets
  • Maintain merchandising standards as per company guidelines
  • Execute company marketing activities (posters, displays, promotions)
  • Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness
  • Identify new outlets and coordinate product onboarding with dealers
  • Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences
  • Report any issues related to stock, sales, or dealer concerns promptly
  • Submit daily reports (visits, sales, stock, and orders)
Job Specification

Eligibility Criteria

  • +2 graduates, Bachelor’s running students, or Bachelor’s graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in sales/marketing or fieldwork will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
  • Strong observation and reporting skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel or mobile-based reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: Rs. 20,000
