Job Description
The Administrative and Documentation Officer will support the management team by handling official documentation, maintaining accurate reports, and preparing professional presentations. The role requires coordination between departments, efficient typing in Nepali and English, and assistance in data analysis and report submission. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth workflow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and finalize all official documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Excel-based reports, including sales, stock, and project data.
- Create and design professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings and reviews.
- Perform efficient Nepali and English typing tasks.
- Ensure proper filing of documents, digital record keeping, and version control.
- Coordinate with different departments and follow up on tasks until completion.
- Assist management with data analysis, report summaries, and timely report submission.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy and quality in all documentation.
Job Specification
- Minimum of +2; Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Management, Business, or IT is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Candidates having two-wheeler license will be preferred.
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint for designing and presenting professional slides
- Competent in Microsoft Word for formatting and documentation
- Fluent Nepali & English typing
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented personality
Work Schedule: Hybrid model – 60% of the work is done in the office, and 40% can be done from home.
