Pride Abroad Studies is looking for 2 energetic, professional, and career-focused Education Counselors to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have strong communication and counseling skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their international education goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and destinations. (For Australia ,UK, Canada , Newzealand and South Korea).
  • Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial considerations to recommend suitable options.
  • Guide students through the overall admission and application process.
  • Communicate with students and parents professionally and maintain strong relationships.
  • Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into applications.
  • Coordinate with universities, institutions, and internal teams regarding student applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on university requirements, admission procedures, scholarships, and study-abroad trends.
  • Achieve assigned counseling, application, and enrollment targets.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in education consultancy/counseling is preferred.(For Australia ,UK, Canada , Newzealand and South Korea).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong counseling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Energetic, confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
  • Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
  • Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on greater responsibilities as the company grows.
