Phomi Nepal is seeking a proactive and organized Admin and HR Officer to manage human resources and administrative operations. The role involves overseeing recruitment, implementing HR policies, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational performance and minimize workplace disputes.
Regularly monitor and review HR policies and processes, recommending improvements where necessary.
Foster positive employee relations by organizing engagement activities, feedback initiatives, and internal communication programs.
Ensure compliance with Nepal labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
Oversee administrative and HR documentation, employee records, and reporting.
Coordinate payroll processing and attendance management with the finance department.
Develop and implement employee recognition, motivation, and reward programs to support retention.
Support general administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Good knowledge of Nepal labor laws and HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation systems.
