- Responsible for managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Responsible for providing customers with product and service information over the phone.

- Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Responsible for maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
- Responsible for maintaining the KPIs, shifts schedules defined by the Team Head.
- Responsible for coordinating with different departments and accomplishing to provide customer service and meeting the set targets.
- Responsible for following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Responsible for maintaining customer feedback and providing to the needful when required.
- Responsible for ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues.
